NBC's Around Town paid a visit to our Inwood Village location and learned how to make a soufflé.

Reporter Anne Potasznik enjoyed her experience saying "One of rise nº1’s most popular sweet soufflés is the strawberry soufflé made from seasonal strawberries, egg whites and a bit of sugar served with a strawberry coulis.
